Professional Supervision

I hold a Diploma in Professional Supervision following my training with 360 Supervision (www.360supervision.co.uk/). If you are interested in being supervised, or would simply like to know more about it, please do not hesitate to contact me.

The process

Supervision is an opportunity for practitioners to review and reflect on their work in a safe and confidential setting in order to develop and improve their practice. A supervisor will guide and support their supervisee to explore decisions made within their practice, consider alternatives and reflect upon how they can best be supported in their role.
The supervision space is non-judgemental and offers an opportunity for growth and development enabling the supervisee to become a more robust, resilient and ethical practitioner.
